1st interview was by phone some basic tech questions. 2nd started with a test then one on one with a manager. 3rd had owner and 2 other managers. Although i bombed the test and made the owner roll his eyes at several of my interview questions i was still given a job offer and a bonus if i left my current job with no notice. Red flags went up and did some digging on the company. Reviews here and elsewhere where horrible and after mentally reviewing the interview process i noticed some treads which clued me in that at least some of what was said in the reviews was true. That was enough for me me to turn down the offer & substantial bonus to screw over my current employer.
