very straight forward.. we talked about the role, my experiences and if I think I would fit into the role. The interviewer thanked me for coming and I got a call a couple of days later about the offer

I went in and talked with the Operations Manager, he was very easy going, he explained to me how the job is, I responded with a positive attitude. I had one interview, Everyone was so nice there. Go in there confident with a smile on your face, know what your talking about.

Entretien
applied online, then did a phone screen, once that was done waited for about 2 weeks. Got invited to their head quarters in houston. Then did a three day interview.
