Applied through local employment office. Was called a week later for interview.
Was interviewed by a panel of 3 people. One was from HR. One was the area manager over the job that was advertised, and the 3rd person, I can't remember what job they had.

Question 1
The area manager was openly hostile and disrespectful. His tone was hateful in the way he asked questions, and his reactions were negative to any answers I gave to him. The other two persons attending the interview were professional and courteous. The area manager apparently didn't want to attend this interview and made no secret about it.
Great they were very kind and have a very spectacular building I was bought into the opportunity just from the environment I was very impressed with the staff and how organized and friendly they are.

wireline operator interview schlumberger oil and gas Uganda and it was both oral and practical interview. we had the elementary interview were they conducted selections and later on the successful candidates where forwarded to client for further screening including practical test related to field of line.

Tour facility, discussing the process and materials used, questions of me to the feeding of the extruders to finish product and changing over processes, screw outs and maintenance involvements. I met the Manager in charge, the supervisor of production and the engineer on duty.
