J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez SLB (Oklahoma City, OK) en nov. 2018
Entretien
I applied through my university job portal, then was contacted for a self interview where I had to film myself answering the typical personality questions. Afterwards, I was contacted for a second interview session held in OKC. There were around 30 other candidates there, and being not a petroleum engineer student, I felt woefully underqualified, as everyone else knew how these systems and parts worked and I did not.
Communication was extremely poor; they did not tell me the hotel it would be at or when I should be there until two days before. Others who were being flown in did not get flight information until two days before as well, which makes it extremely hard to plan or prepare. The recruiters I spoke to never once replied to my follow-up emails afterwards thanking them for their time and wondering when I'd be hearing back (this was two weeks after the interview, when they said they should be getting back to me). Two months later, I finally got my rejection from an automated email.
These were people I personally interacted with, spent time with over two days, and even shared a beer with after the post interviews were all done and they took us out and treated us at a nice bar. They could not have been more impersonal afterwards, at least telling me they had no information yet or that I was not chosen, instead choosing to interact with me via an automated email.
1st round interview included short technical question, and telling about myself and the projects I worked on.
Not difficult/or hard, but just need to explain well enough to tell the logic process
It was an on campus hiring. First they shortlisted based on CV. Then second round was group discussion where we were given abstract topics like "Half filled glass of water" and were asked to discuss. This was also an eliminatory round. The final round was more of a HR round, they asked behavioural questions, few puzzles (very easy) and general knowledge questions
