Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez SLB en nov. 2011
Entretien
I went to a second round interview for the field engineer position in Shreveport, Louisiana. The first day the interview starts with giving a group presentation about one of the services SLB offers. Then later in the night there is an in depth presentation on the company and the services.
There is a group activity during the first night, we had to build a catapult to launch Angry Birds. The recruiters walk around taking notes. They keep you up rather late, but we were only in the interview until about 2 am because the whole thing started late due to weather delayed aircraft.
The second day there is breakfast, and then a visit to the SLB location in town. Later in the day we visited a Frac site. When you get back you have to give an individual presentation about what you want to do for SLB. This is followed by an extremely short 1 on 1 exit interview.
You then go to dinner and chat in a relaxed, non-interview environment and have a drink. All in all it was a blast and I learned a ton.

Question 1
What are your biggest fears of working as a field engineer?
1st round interview included short technical question, and telling about myself and the projects I worked on.
Not difficult/or hard, but just need to explain well enough to tell the logic process
It was an on campus hiring. First they shortlisted based on CV. Then second round was group discussion where we were given abstract topics like "Half filled glass of water" and were asked to discuss. This was also an eliminatory round. The final round was more of a HR round, they asked behavioural questions, few puzzles (very easy) and general knowledge questions
