Firstly, my initial communications with the SJMS was over the phone.I called over for an interview in which i sat for an apptitude test.I scored in the exam above the company's requirement.Moreover the interviewer tried to test my communication skills.I passed thruogh these exams.afterwards I had to encounter with the partner's interview.Thanks to god I got through in this interview too.

After A/L you had 2 years gap without working anywhere.What was the reason.
I was called for an exam based on maths, English and accounts before calling for an interview. During the interview I was mostly asked general questions followed by a subject based set of questions.

First they called for Applications. Then the first Interview & a selection test was held with HR Manager. Finally the selected candidates were called for the final interview with the partners.
