There were 3 interview sessions, but two of them were panels. The same people overlapped in the two panels. The same questions were asked. They wasted an entire day of mine. They really should not be allowed to play with people like this. It was ridiculous and a case of dance monkey dance. Someone needs to stand up for us.

Long, sluggish interview process. Two weeks after phone interview, had an on-campus interview that spanned three and a half hours and included over a dozen people.
Despite positive interview, did not hear back about the position, despite me sending a follow-up email three weeks after the interview.
