Entretien
Phone conversations with HR, VP, EVP Strategy and Sales, and then was asked to submit a 30/60/90. After some great conversations with me sharing a lot about marketplace intel, I found out that SITO had already flown four people out in final round and then went back to the drawing board with an entirely new set of folks. Was told they would be checking references and never did. Don't waste your time and energy as they do not know what/who they are looking. Hire put on hold due to CEO exiting company!

Entretien
I felt the interview process was thorough and typical for this type of role. I spoke to the head of sales and a few other sales managers and reps on the phone prior to visiting the headquarters for in person interviews. My in person interview consisted of a full day, meeting everyone ranging from all of the department heads to the CEO. Sometimes I felt like they were the ones selling me on the position. Many questions were standard.
