There was 2-stage interview process.
1st step with HR included standard interview in English, and after that 30- or 40-minute writing test.
2nd step was with the Team Leader and the Department Manager of the Relocation Department.
I didn't get an offer even though I thought I did good, and when I asked HR for the feedback or at least a hint why I did not succeed, they prefered not to answer. That was a little bit frustrating, so I cannot provide any further interesting details.

Question 1
The written test included questions more on common sense than any particular knowledge field: how should you answer the client whose relocation crew were late, for example. Plus there were some basic math questions.

Very straightforward and professional process, initial screening call followed by an in person I interview with the manager and director. I then received and Offer shortly after. From application to offer the process took less than 2 weeks.

The interview process consisted of two phone interviews for me since I was unable to attend an in person interview. I was offered the position by email shortly after the second interview.
