HR will contact you and screen thru the essential info. Single round of interview with hiring manager. 2-3wee respond whether you get the job. The questions are quite directed at new start up and technical know-how. hands on experiences are essential.

Entretien
Went to interview on time. Lead by HR to the meeting room. The the hiring manager walks in and had a 5 minutes interview with me. He was rushing and seems disorganized. Seems like similar experience happens to other candidates as well. Hiring manager is not the one finalize the selection and need final confirmation from top management (whom they didn't interview you but decides whether you are selected or not for the job based on your resume). Poor interview approach and no selection power at managerial level. Micro managed by top management.
