Discriminatory attitude and intentionally low salary offers during the interview. The interviewer arrived one hour later than the scheduled time and did not offer any apology. During the interview, my experience and capabilities were repeatedly downplayed, despite my relevant background and qualifications. Overall, the interview process felt unprofessional and discouraging.
