SHL takes up a very Detailed process. A full fledged Assessment Centre is carried out to check the fitment of the person for the role. It involves their own psychometrics, personal interview and simulation based discussions with senior assessors.
There were some interviews with the recruiter, hiring manager, and then an assessment centre at the final stage where you need to do some analysis exercises and presentation, and another interview.

3 interviews plus Ability Tests - Verify Gplus - Numerical, Inductive and Verbal.
Initial interview to explore motivations and passions.
Then a competency based interview.
Then final interview with a senior leader.

Entretien
Fairly straightforward competency-related questions, focusing on business psychology and talent assessment for consultants. They'd be looking for whether you have experience working across industries and internationally, with data and assessment content creation, as well as assessment and development centres. Experience with coaching helps but not necessary.
