J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez SHIFT Communications (Boston, MA) en janv. 2010
Entretien
The interview process went OK except that I played phone tag with a senior associate for three weeks; It was agonizing. Shift is a very busy firm and depending on the location, they are attempting to hire too many people at once. I would recommend they slow down a bit to reduce turnover. However, it is a great company to work for if you're trying to break into the market.
Telephone interviewing seems to come first and if they ever call you back, you might get a request for an in-person interview. I actually got an in-person interview request but was never called back for the exact date. After that, I moved on and became employed somewhere else. Then I heard the Shift actually laid a few people off months after my "interview attempt".
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They will ask you what you would do if a client were unhappy with your results or if a junior person/intern messed up while you were managing a project. You will also be asked what value you could provide to the company.
The interview was very polite and nice. They asked typical interview questions - where are you from, why are you interested, what is your experience, etc. The whole interview was about 30 minutes. No follow up interview.
