They start with a group interview called Tools of the Trade to see if you might be interested. It lasts from 4 pm to 6 pm every other Monday. Prior to that you submit your resume along with a series of short essay questions why do you believe you'd be interested along with several theoretical scenarios. There's a two hour orientation and question answer period
