Applied through Indeed. HR will contact you via email regarding your available schedule for interview. There will be onsite interview with a panel. After the interview, they toured me around the laboratory. They basically discussed what are the job expectations for this position.

I had to fill out a long, detailed medical questionnaire before the interview. There were questions regarding medications taken for mental health. Even though I felt it was a risk, I decided to be open and disclose that I was taking medication. Even though it did not impair my ability to perform in the role, in the interview my disclosure led to several judgemental remarks.
short period between 30 minutes. mostly they ask about experience from previously (internship etc.) and some scenario questions. dress formal and be there early. otherwise, interviewers are friendly and explain everything in detailed.

Overall, the interview questions for this role were fairly simple, quick and short. They asked questions like what my biggest strengths and weaknesses were, and what skills I was looking to gain from this role.
