3 steps:
1) Phone interview with the HR. Candidate is expected to familiarize themselves with the company and the industry before.
2) Phone interview with the team. More questions about the industry and the company.
3) Business Case - 24 hours to solve and then present to the team over Skype interview (of candidate is not residing in Luxembourg)

Entretien
Complicated and lengthy hiring process for an internship position. 1st round with an HR recruiter, where they ask you some random questions. 2nd round with the manager, where they will give you an assignment and tell you to spend 7 hours on it . Apparently they seem to have more than enough applicants for the position, but still decided to test me with the assignment. The manager was rushed during my interview, telling me they had back to back interviews. When I presented my assignment, they didn't show any interest and rushed through it.

Entretien
Simple process.
First step was a 20 min interview with HR to discuss motivation.
Second step was an interview with the manager going over technical subjects and discussing the internship in more details.

Second interview with manager with some technical questions, talking about the company and motivation reasons.
Third interview with HHRR to coordinate internship
