Entretien
Pretty vague in general. Didn't really ask me any skills that would be indicative of my abilities to succeed in the role. Follow up was dismal and slow and the CEO is completely incompetent. He's really just a figure head with players in the back pulling strings from what I can tell.
Asked me about my experiences in projects, asked some technical questions, then gave some info about the company. Some technical questions followed by why I was interest in the company.

Asked questions about motor controllers, GD&T, and surface modeling.
Back and forth emails with HR then brief phone interview with an engineer. Asked about general engineering experience: CAD design, electronics, and manufacturing. Understand GD&T and surface modeling. Asked about experience with electronics packaging.

interviews were direct and straightforward. Not too much talk about the company just about the role. it was a breeze as a lot of the people were familiar. not a lot of talk about the future
