Firstly I came to the company and the interviewer called me to his cabin and asked about the experience and then asked some questions on tax issues and costing. then asked about the personal life. asked me about the future. And finally asked about the compensation. and the interview ended by interviewer telling me he could give a ring. After 2 days I got a ring confirming my recruitment.
