I went through 3 rounds over a month:
1. Phone screen by partner agency - Broad questions that didn't really have anything to do with business analysis
2. Teams interview with Hiring Manager - getting to know me, the role, why am I looking for a new role, why am I good fit
3. Teams interview with HM, senior BA, and Software Engineering Manager - more technical questions (to prove that I understood what it meant to be a business analyst), looking for specific examples from my careers, felt like it was to gauge my experience and approach to the role.
