The interview process was very informative and conversational. The setting was low stress and allowed for constructive conversations where I was able to learn about the team, the company and they all learned about my skills and personality. The organization made it a point to ensure I met most members of the team. This methodology allowed me to get a read on culture and how I would fit in, setting the stage for collaboration and team work on day 1 of the job. Overall the process was encouraging, informative and transparent.
