Was called on the phone and was not even asked any questions which i should have taken as a bad sign. They basically sold the company to me for 30 minutes then offered me the job. They did not inquire about me at all and then when the "interview" was ending they started discussing salary and benefits and then offered me the job. We never met face to face but then again I lived across the country so this wasn't an easy thing to do.
