Best ever, no ANY stupid questions (that is the super clever one), 1 interview, immediate decision - very, very efficient process... Americans do it much better then Canadians...

Unexpected: FIRST question - "How much do you want?" , the decision was made by reviewing CV, now, just "can we afford you".
