La selezione è stata molto rapida (3 settimane), si parte da un colloquio con l'HR, se l'esito è positivo si arriva ad una Line Interview in cui vengono esaminate le capacità del candidato sotto il livello logico, di comunicazione e nella lingua inglese. Se anche la line interview ha esito positivo si prosegue ad un colloquio con partner/manager per andare ad approfondire la posizione che si andrà ad occupare oltre ad un ampio spazio per chiarire eventuali domande o curiosità del candidato

After sending the CV trough the website, I was requested to upload some videos to motivate my decision for applying (why the company? Why the position?). Then I was contacted by the HR to schedule a technical meeting that was completely in English (first we discussed about my ambitions and then a Business Case on Excel). Then I was interviewed by the Executive Manager, to explain my once again my goals and ambitions.

Envie mi aplicacion unos 3 meses antes de recibir respuesta para ala primera entrevista. El equipo de RRHH tuvo flexibilidad para escoger horarios y la entrevista fue bastante amena. Luego me entrevisto un colega del equipo, lo cual me dio la oportunidad de conocer el proyecto (desarrollo de dashboards en PowerBI) y la industria (consumo), finalmente no hubo alineamiento en varios puntos.
