The most insulting and condescending interview I've ever had, bar none. The interviewer led with a disclosure about how he'd had three other applicants from the company I worked for (another airport vendor) go through training and ghost, and then gave me a very deadpan stare, asking if I was 'going to be like that, too.'
He grilled me on whether or not one previous coworker in particular was still with the company and I recognized the name, saying 'as far as I know, he is still on our payroll.' He goes on to say he heard that person moved to another city. To me, that felt like he was trying to talk me into a corner, and discredit my experience at my current job. I can't work with every person on staff every shift, so even though I'm a trainer at my current job, I don't exactly know every single of the 200+ people on staff by name and face, or if one or two have accepted offers halfway across the country and left. That's above my pay grade.
Haven't heard back, and don't plan on accepting an offer if I do. Overall a bad experience with an interviewer who came into the process with extreme prejudice and made the whole thing feel like a trap. I can't recommend applying for a job with this company.

Laid back, business casual. Manager could not keep focused on questions he asked or my answers. this should have been my first clue. Manager kept repeating minutia about job tasks, and asking if what he described sounded too stressful. Nothing he described has ever raised its head, except maybe that the job could be somewhat fast paced. The manager advised that even though I was coming in at mid-year I could still max out bonus for the last 6 months of the year, totalling up to 105% of yearly income, because the bonus is based, "about 90% on your perfect attendance and availability to work mandatory O/T. Yearly income is "$21,200.00. Bonus paid in July and December. July bonus paid was $90.00. I'm not holding my breath for the other $21,100 come the week before Christmas.
