You will be called by the Human Resources Specialist, they will then ask you about yourself and try to find out if you would be a good fit for the role. If s/he finds that you meet all the qualifications then you would meet the Manager and have your interview. The interview is straight forward and they're generally trying to figure out if you would enjoy the role/ if you have the ability to perform in the role. The job is a bit challenging and not for the faint hearted, therefore they try to establish that from the interview. There is also a Background Check where they will look into your Criminal Record/ Drivers Abstract.
