I had a phone interview that was followed up by an on 1 on 1 site interview.. I was also able to observe the position and ask any questions. They also reviewed the process and travel that would be involved.

Super fast and easy interview. Applied Monday night and got an interview a couple days later. Interview was about half an hour and paperwork was done online. Documents and background checks were completed next day and by the second Monday I got an email to expect information on my start date.

Quick on phone with little questions about qualifications. Wanted to know when I could start and offered lowest pay first. Declined offer. Interviewer was not concerned about if job was an actual good fit.
Everything is done via email or text message. You’re never going to step foot into an actual office. I honestly thought it was a scam at first. It was super simple again seem like a scam, but there are too many chiefs in not enough Indians if you get my drift.
