For a position in sales, you are brought in and told to present on a business venture (think Shark Tank) and have to convince the audience to invest. You are then asked to give a brief presentation on one of your accounts you'll be assigned and have to line up what SAS solutions you'd sell them vs. the client's business goals & objectives. You have the WWW available to you to research and prepare. I had about 48 hours to put presentations together prior to the interview.

Good initial screening call with Recruitment partner; quick follow up to schedule a next step with the hiring manager to discuss resume and motivation. Two rounds of face2face interviews at the Dublin office, followed by a call with UKI RVP.
Completed a face2face sales call role-play for two IT personas on analytics, business insights and data management. I had sufficient documentation to study to prepare for the session. Received an offer after a week. Great process overall with good momentum.

ich möchte gerne meine positiven Erfahrungen mit dem Ablauf des Vorstellungsgesprächs bei SAS teilen. Die Recruiter waren äusserst freundlich und professionell, was den gesamten Prozess vorbildlich gestaltet hat.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder ein Gespräch bei SAS führen und denke, dass sich andere Unternehmen hieran ein Vorbild nehmen können.
