I applied online for a paid internship at SAS. They sent an email to me asking to take an interview online by software where they ask a question and you have 5 minutes to talk to the camera. Due to me being on the spectrum, it is something that I find very difficult and very easy to mess up and asked to be interviewed by a human instead, after I saw they promise accomodations. I was very excited they accepted and I was interviewed by an interviewer online who immediately told me I passed to the next round. The reason she gave was that I was obviously very interested in being part of SAS since I contacted them personally and asked to be interviewed in person. Very curious. She asked a few basic easy questions like what my thesis was about and that was it. The interview was almost suspiciously easy and very short. Then a few weeks later I get an email that that the recruitment process is paused and if I don't want to be considered for this position, I can tell them. It's been months and no update. There's a lot to assume about this and one of the assumptions could be that companies these days promise accomodations as PR stunt.
A ton of questions related to data science and was given a take home assessment to do within a week and they will come back with their reviews about it. Second interview was a live coding interview that required a ton of leetcode knowledge in order to do well so do pls try them out

Whole process lasted around 1 month
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Explain one of your experiences in detail (walk me through your project, what tools you used, what was the outcome, etc).
I had 2 interviews: 1 prerecorded, 1 group interview. Fairly simple, straight forward. Interviewers were very sweet and understanding. When I got the notification I didn’t get the job, I was told exactly what I could do to work on.
