I applied in September for a summer intern position and had a hire view interview within a few months and then a few months later I was declined. There was no communication or feedback from the company during the process.
Got invited to do a hirevue then a virtual teams interview. Pretty standard and moderate HR communication. You get to see who is interviewing you before hand which is great.
Online interview that needs us to record video of us answering the question provided. The process was quite quick, smooth, and easy. The questions are general to explain about yourself
