1-hour phone interview. Second interview you get to choose 3/4 teams that you are interested in, then you will come in for an in-office interview with managers and employees from each team. Afterward you can rank which team you like the most.

Submitted my resume and a cover letter. Was selected for a phone interview which lasted 15 minutes and was mostly behavioral. Then was selected to come in for an in-house interview, which consisted of 30 minute interviews with 4 people. They basically just want to see if you're a good fit for the company, wasn't too hard.
