Very straight-forward. A one and done with the leaders of the project. Both were interactive and personable. Our cameras were off. Both sides (them and I) reviewed my resume during the interview.

Two rounds, very laid back. Remote calls with managers/team leaders, nothing very technical and no coding. Mostly about past work you've done, how you handle certain difficulties, and what you are looking for now.
