4 person interview panel of the Director and 3 supervisors in a small office. The atmosphere was friendly. SAFY has high turnover so they are desperate for qualified workers preferably with a CSW. They’re only 3 case manager positions one for each supervisor/team so they actually need people who can assess and diagnose.

There were two interviews held on separate days. A background check was done. An exam was given asking several scenario questions. The interview was average difficulty. The benefits package was standard.
