The first interview with the team was a positive and professional experience. However, the HR representative came across as somewhat confrontational and lacked a clear understanding of the role, asking questions that suggested little familiarity with basic video production. The second interview with the department director was a significant improvement, informative and engaging, providing valuable insight into the company's direction and goals. I eventually received an offer, but it matched my previous salary and offered limited benefits due to "budget constraints." Overall, while I had a great impression of the team and the work environment, the HR experience left much to be desired.
