Quite casual, they were recruiting through the employees network. It lasted 30 mins, didn't include solid question, and was fulfilling as well. It lacked structure, and it focused on language and research awarness.

Entraram em contato e marcaram uma entrevista com o diretor da área e um analista. A entrevista durou aproximadamente trinta minutos, pareciam estar bastante interessados em saber experiências prévias. Processo relativamente rápido, exceto para dar o feedback, que demorou meses.

1. two rounds of interviews, first with HR, second has 2 sections, with 2 VPs and 4 managers 2. most of them are techy questions, including SQL, Python, how much do you know about the industry 3. the interviewers are nice, but it took a long time for them to process (up to 2 months to hear back)
