The process was smooth and very well held. Only concern was that the upon completion of 3rd round the HR stopped responding on calls and emails. If I'm not selected telling it is completely fine knowing that we are professionals and would act responsibly, but not responding is completely unprofessional.

It was all set and pre planned, the Manager of the department already had her best friend to be chosen but still they pretended to Interview some candidates just to show HR and other people that fair process is being followed.
