It was a panel interview with the HR Manager, Lead Administrator and Area Manager which lasted approximately 1 hour. Both the HR manager and Lead Admin work and reside in the South. The HR Manager asks majority of the questions while the Lead Admin mean mugged me the whole time. I thought I wasn't going to get the position because of the way she starred at me (very uncomfortably) but they asked the Area Manager what he thought and he said yes, she's what I'm looking for. A couple day's later I was offered the position.
