The interview process wasn't so bad itself, it was the process following. Some of the recruiters on the HR side seem to struggle in communication and those who verify your information seem to struggle when verifying past employment and education.

What traits do you have that you feel qualify you for the role? When put into a difficult scenario with a co-worker who is doing something un-ethical how would you respond? What are you some of your goals and aspirations? Sell me this pencil.

Very tough. The manager didn't seem to accept all my answers. Some questions were vague and had no purpose. Very professional though. If given another chance in the future I'll spend more time preparing.
