Uncoordinated long day with a little company presentation in the morning and 1 interview question at the end of the day. Just 2 interviewers taking interviews from 60+ people so it’s more of a waiting game than an actual proper recruitment day.

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
