General impression of a good commitment by the recruiter although the selection could be more strict. The majority of the people coming from south of Europe held a bachelor and mostly all the English speakers barely a high school degree. That produces discrepancies in between expectations and reality. The first selection is made by a written test that is not very difficult. The oral part is more focused on the aviation industry and specific questions about theirs and your intentions. Overall, despite the amount of complaints they receive, treatment is fare with time passing by, although there are still with some dodgy contractual aspects.
