J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ryanair (Wrocław)
Entretien
Interesting testing exercise - mix of system design tasks and coding tasks in C#, Python.
Good hiring process.
Technical interview was not hard. Interviewers were supportive.
Overall experience - positive.

Question 1
Questions about experience. AWS. C#. Soft skills questions.
It was a very uncomfortable interview, where the focus seemed to be on exposing the candidate’s weaknesses rather than creating an environment that would allow them to show their best.

The interview consists of 2 stages (excluding the phone call with the recruiter): technical and management ones.
On a technical one, there were 3 engineers (while only two were expected) on the interview. The overall experience was moderate: the atmosphere was somewhat inconvenient, but overall acceptable, good.
Then, the most interesting part: the management interview. There were two guys there. One of them was kinda arrogant and not a person I'd like to work with (he was criticizing my previous company, interrupting, etc.). Moreover, he (as a representative of a company) said that they don't encourage remote work and follow a hybrid format and said that he can't believe that I've managed to build good relations with my current co-workers on the remote model. In other words, management there is very conservative, to say the least.
Overall unpleasant experience.

Question 1
Technical: various questions about the Cloud (AWS), security, and other related components, nothing about programming language.
Management: why we shouldn't hire you?
