I was called just two days after applying and had a brief phone interview/ chat about the role and requirements, which was followed with an offer of an interview the following week. I attended the interview with plenty of time, but was left waiting and it later turned out I was given incorrect instructions on where to wait so ended up being late. When it eventually started, the interview was rushed but I was given generally positive indications and the interviewers were friendly. I was told I would hear back in a few days time but after over 2 weeks of no contact and not responding to emails or calls, I finally got an email to say I had been unsuccessful. No idea why it took so long to get a response, the whole process needed to be improved, as by the end I was reconsidering if I wanted to work for the company even if I had got an offer of employment.
