J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ryanair
Entretien
The first step was to develop a small web application using Angular 5.
There was no deadline, but was highly recommended to finish within 1 week.
The second step was a live interview with a developer and a person from HR department.
They asked me some questions about my professional experience and technical questions about Angular and JavaScript.
There was also some exercises that involved writing or commenting pieces of code.

The HR didn't even talk to me by call or something like that, they just send me and email with a HackerHank test with 2 algorithms. I did the test and then they send me another email saying I didn't pass to the next phase. Like... what? Without any conversation with a HUMAN? really? This type of test is easier for someone on college (who doesn't have any experience) then for someone who has years of experience working with FE.

After that a technical interview with webcam online which involves writing code and answering questions. Finally an interview with head of software developer and the HR.
