hiring process was basic with one interview and one class demo. they covered my education and experience. It was followed by a class demo. Feedback from the class students was factored into the selection criteria. I was offered 2 days after this.

The organization makes you join first and then after twenty days the interview process starts where it goes through various steps. This is the time when they decide whether to take you in or not.
