JAM, Test , Personal interview ,Hr and manager round. PI was taken by candidates who cannot speak fulent english and will only hire who have no talent on tax , accounting and finance. I have know on slab rates , indian tax system , finance knowledge , accounting. But what they want is unskilled people.
good rounds of interviews, but didn't take into account the local office politics. was told everyone came in entry level and i would be promoted asap, but then was put in line behind people who had been there longer. which is fine if that's how they want to do promos, i just wish that is what i had been told upfront.

It was a 30min - 1 hr interview. Basically, she asked about my background, why I left my previous company, I was told that it is niche tax role, and it was a night shift role, no hybrid schedule -wfo.
