It was very casual and inviting. We all met for a lunch as a group and played ice breakers, then had individual interviews that become more specific. They asked us questions that ranged from creative to technical to see how well we would fit in the team and workplace environment.

Fair interview, asked mostly situational questions. Asked to provide examples of leadership and marketing-related experience. Also asked why I was interested in the role and how I would be a good fit.
