Waited in the lobby of the restaurant for 30+ minutes. During that time 6 more applicants had walked in. We were then informed this would be a GROUP INTERVIEW. The process was explained to us that it would be in phases and to expect to be there for 2 hours.

It was easy, basically just a conversation. The interview was lead by the owner of the company and it was very relaxed. She asked a few questions and then went over duties, training days, my availability and my previous work experience.
