I was emailed to schedule an interview by the office manager. I took an interview with the two direct supervisors and then a few weeks later, I took one with company director which was conducted one on one.

Question 1
Interview with company director felt a bit combative as to defending why they should hire me. In the end I was glad to not get an offer, although I needed a new job it was not an environment that felt good to be in.
