My process was very quick and straight forward due to the circumstances of being with another company at the time. The manager gave me a call after speaking with Human Resources to see if I was fit for the position. He was very helpful and informative. Had me even meet with one of his guys to check out the position to see if I’d be interested which was very helpful in making a decision. I feel the manager is a good guy and tries his best to make you feel comfortable with accepting the job offer. Overall a great experience.
