4 stages in total after subitting your application. second stage is a phone call interview - 15 minutes. Competency style interview questions. looking for confident and well spoken individual. its all about how you sell yourself and your experiences, show the enthusiasm and confidence.

Entretien
Submitted a CV and Cover Letter online, invited to the assessment centre.
Assessment centre was pretty standard. One maths test, 20 minutes 20 questions with a calculator. One grammar test, essentially a two-page email full of errors that you will need to correct - about 50 errors. A group exercise where you are stuck on a desert island having to prioritise certain resources. Finally 3 interviews, one on your CV, another more competency based and one a bit more technical with one of the investment directors.
