Submit my resume through a recruiter. HR contacted me a few days later and went through the initial round of phone screening. Got invited to an on-site interview with the hiring manager and account director. Got offer pretty soon after the on-site interview.

Phone interview with HR first, basic questions on interest in the company & position, availability, etc, followed by two rounds of face-to-face interview -- first round with team leaders, last round with senior management.
